One thing that Texas knows how to do best is food! Texans have a unique take on cuisine and take from many cultures and backgrounds to create their mouth-watering sensation. While Tex-Mex is what the state is best known for, you can’t forget about the Texas Gulf Coast that stretches more than 600 miles of the state. All the seafood brought in is fresh, farm to market, and ready for the consumption of patrons far and wide at these 3 local seafood restaurants, so grab a bib and get to crackin’ some of the finest crab legs, oysters, crawfish, and other seafood options) that Spring, Texas has to offer!
Nik’s Steak & Seafood Restaurant
First on our list for recommendations is one of our favorites, Nik’s Steak & Seafood Restaurant. When it comes to steak and seafood, they know exactly what to do! This seafood restaurant is best known for its delicious menu that offers a wide variety of food selections ranging from American, fresh seafood, and steak house options! Not to mention, they have a perfect balance of fried and grilled steak house and seafood selections to choose from. All of the fresh seafood is farm to market and is one of the most recommended seafood restaurants in Spring, Texas for cheap eats. We would suggest trying the fried shrimp with the cajun rice at this steak and seafood restaurant!

Bluewater Seafood
Our second recommendation is for Bluewater Seafood. This seafood restaurant has 3 locations to choose from and is a great place to take your family out for a fresh seafood sit-down experience. The ambiance and overall aesthetic are top tier and reminiscent of the fictional restaurant in the television series SpongeBob Squarepants known as the Krusty Krab. As for food selection, you can't go wrong with any of the oysters, crawfish, or shrimp options. We would highly recommend trying the Blue Point Oyster Bar or the Brad’s Catch special, which comes with 1lb. crawfish, 1 blue crab, 6 boiled shrimp, and sausage for the inexpensive price of $21.99! While chomping away on some finest crustaceans, you should down it all with one of their specialty cocktails also!

Louisiana Fish House
Our last seafood recommendation is for Louisiana Fish House. Don’t be alarmed by the name, this cajun restaurant is located in Spring, Texas, but certainly brings the cajun food and flavors of Louisiana! This fish house has fresh seafood that will make you wanna "slap ya mama!" The laid-back Cajun restaurant located on Spring Cypress Rd is the perfect spot for southern soul food dishes like the catfish platter and the cajun pasta. If you’re looking for cheap eats, this is probably the best option out of the three restaurants!
